  •  Generate NDA, MSA and Order Form documents
  • Generate Contracts via Doc Launcher Forms
  • Create Merge Templates
  • Introduction XPath
  • Use Doc Launcher to drive workflow logic

Module 2: Initiate Workflow 

  • Review variables and data types
  • Get familiar with pre-built variables within SpringCM
  • Define and utilize XML variables within a workflow
  • Understand the importance of data input validation and vertification
  • Explore the fundamentals of RegEx

Module 3: Attribute Mapping 

  • Explore how to use iterators to apply attribute values-based mapping criteria using xPath
  • Review XPath navigation
  • Review the utilization of a variable defined as an iterator
  • Apply attributes via an Iterator Loop
  • Advantages of attribute mapping via csv

Module 4: eForms

  • What is an eForm
  •  Build eForm using HTML
  • Use an configuration eForm to track commonly updated areas for workflow

Module 5: Subworkflow 

  • Use a subworkflow to handle commonly repeated sections of steps
  • Track workflow reporting data in attributes, via a subworkflow

Module 7: Update Salesforce

  • Update Salesforce with workflow status
  • Update Salesforce at conclusion of workflow
  • Set Document Reminders at conclusion of contract workflow

Module 8: Reporting Tips and Tricks

  • Commonly used SpringCM canned Reports
  • Building Custom Reports
  • Common Custom Reports
  • Search v/s Reports v/s Dashboards

Module 9: Document Ingestion

  • Identify methods for SpringCM document ingestion and metadata application
  • Use Bulk Metadata Import and configure a Smart Rule to move the documents to folders based on attributes applied
  • When to use Bulk Metadata Import techniques versus engage SpringCM for Document Ingestions
